BLUETOOTH MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND HOW THEY WORK:
A request is sent to a mobile user by Bluetooth
from our B-Box Bluetooth marketing device. Our box
asks them if they would like to receive your information.
Around 70% of mobile users have their Bluetooth
turned on, so it's very likely they will receive
the request. The user simply answers 'yes or no'
with regards to receiving your message. As attendees
and delegates at most events are there to seek information,
the likelihood is they will accept your message.
Once the attendee chooses to accept your message,
within a few seconds it will be on their mobile
screen, communicating the information you told us
you'd like them to see!
Hire for an event: What Do I need to do? Firstly ring

All we need from you is a brief idea of how you
would like the message to look and the information
you would like us to include. We can send you examples
of messages we've prepared for previous clients
to give you an idea of what's possible.
A brief email or phone call is usually enough for
us to create a message to suit your needs. We can
take graphics, logo's and slogans from your website
to use within the message.
Once we've create a message we will email you an
example for you to view. You tell us any changes
you would like us to make, or if you're happy with
the message. We then pre-load the message onto a
B-Box to be transmitted on your specified dates.
We then send you the box and all you have to do
is plug in at your stand or unit. The box is around
the size of a small games machine, so it's easy
to transport and unintrusive.
'One Off Fee - No Hidden Extras'
What does it cost?
Most events last a maximum of 3-4 days. We send
you the box a couple of days in advance. You send
us the box back once your event has concluded. Our
'Hire For An Event' package incudes the rental of
the box, the design of the ad and the provisioning
of the box.
The cost is just £180 + vat + p&p. It costs
nothing to send and receive messages, so the more
people get your message the better!
